Dog Policy

We welcome dogs at our hotel and aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all our In-House Guests and Day Pass Guests.

For In-House Guests

  • Allowed Pets: Only dogs are permitted, with a maximum of two dogs per room.
  • Pet Fee: A single fee of 100 AED per dog, per night applies.
  • Weight Limit: Dogs over 10 kg must remain leashed at all times while on hotel property.
  • Dog Carrier: Guests must provide their own dog carrier (cage or crate). Dogs must remain in the carrier when left unattended in the room to prevent damage.
  • Housekeeping: Hotel staff will not enter a room if a dog is present, even if it is in a carrier. Guests should inform the front desk when they want their room cleaned or maintained, ensuring the dog is not in the room at that time.
  • Dog waiver form: Once the form is signed, the dog will receive a dog band, which must be placed around the dog’s collar during their stay. Dogs without a dog band will not be permitted on hotel property.
  • Noise and Disturbances: Guests must ensure their dogs do not bark excessively or cause disturbances. If the hotel receives two noise complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for the dog. Guests may be asked to leave without a refund of the pet fee.
  • Restricted Areas:

* The main lobby (small dogs can be carried on the arm)

* Indoor food and beverage outlets

* Swimming pools, pool areas, and sunbeds

* In Lumi Bars, Restaurant, and dance floor areas (for dogs over 10 kg)

  • Banned Dog Breeds: The following breeds (and their hybrids) are not allowed:
    • Pit Bulls (e.g., Stafford Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Stafford Terrier, American Bully).
    • Mastiffs (e.g., Brazilian Mastiff, Argentinian Mastiff, and hybrids).
    • Japanese Tosa or hybrid.
    • Wolf dogs or hybrid.
    • Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Canario Presas, Boxers, or any mixed breed of these types.
  • Liability:
    • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs, including injuries resulting from attacks on other dogs or people, as well as any cleaning or repair costs.
    • The hotel reserves the right to inspect rooms for damage at any time or upon check-out.
    • Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and operators from any liability or damage caused by their pets.

  • General Guidelines:

* Dogs must comply with all local regulations.

* Dogs must be fully trained, properly restrained, and never left unattended.

* Dogs must not urinate on hotel property or infrastructure.

* Dog waste must be cleaned from the beach and must not be buried under the sand.

* Dogs must remain on the ground and are not allowed on beds, chairs, or tables.

* Dog owners are responsible if their dog attacks or bites any person or other dogs.

Failure to follow these policies may result in a fine of AED 500 per violation, in accordance with UAE law.

All of the above applies to the day pass guest’s policy as well.

سياسة اصطحاب الكلاب

نرحّب باصطحاب الكلاب في فندقنا ونسعى لتوفير تجربة آمنة وممتعة لجميع نزلائنا المقيمين وضيوف الدخول اليومي (Day Pass).

أولاً: للنزلاء المقيمين في الفندق (In-House Guests)

  • يُسمح بالكلاب فقط، وبحد أقصى كلبين لكل غرفة.
  • تُستوفى رسوم بقيمة 100 درهم إماراتي لكل كلب عن كل ليلة.
  • الكلاب التي يزيد وزنها عن 10 كغ يجب أن تبقى مربوطة (على المقود) في جميع الأوقات أثناء تواجدها ضمن مرافق الفندق.
  • يتعيّن على النزيل توفير حاملة خاصة لكلبه (قفص أو صندوق مخصص)، ويجب أن يبقى الكلب داخل الحاملة عند تركه في الغرفة بدون رقابة لتفادي أي أضرار.
  • لن يقوم موظفو الفندق بدخول الغرفة إذا كان الكلب موجوداً فيها، حتى وإن كان داخل الحاملة. يجب على النزيل إبلاغ الاستقبال بالوقت المناسب لتنظيف أو صيانة الغرفة، مع التأكد من عدم وجود الكلب داخل الغرفة في ذلك الوقت.
  • بعد توقيع استمارة إقرار مسؤولية الكلب، يحصل الكلب على سوار خاص يجب وضعه حول طوقه طوال فترة الإقامة. الكلاب التي لا تحمل هذا السوار لن يُسمح لها بالتواجد ضمن مرافق الفندق.
  • يجب على النزلاء التأكد من أن كلابهم لا تنبح بشكل مفرط ولا تتسبب في إزعاج الآخرين. في حال تلقي الفندق شكويين بخصوص الضوضاء، يتعيّن على النزيل إيجاد ترتيبات بديلة للكلب، وقد يُطلب من النزيل مغادرة الفندق دون استرداد رسوم اصطحاب الكلب.
  • المناطق الممنوع دخول الكلاب إليها:
    • الردهة الرئيسية للفندق (يُسمح بحمل الكلاب الصغيرة على الذراع).
    • جميع المطاعم والصالات الداخلية المخصّصة للأطعمة والمشروبات.
    • أحواض السباحة، ومناطق المسبح، وكراسي الاستجمام.
    • بارات ومطاعم ومناطق الرقص الخاصة بـ Lumi للكلاب التي يزيد وزنها عن 10 كغ.

سلالات الكلاب الممنوعة

  • السلالات التالية (وأي هجائن منها) غير مسموح بها على الإطلاق:
  • Pit Bull (مثل Stafford Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Stafford Terrier, American Bully).
  • Mastiff (مثل Brazilian Mastiff, Argentinian Mastiff وأي هجائن منها).
  • Japanese Tosa أو أي هجائن منها.
  • الكلاب المهجنة مع الذئاب (Wolf dogs أو hybrid).
  • Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Canario Presas, Boxers أو أي سلالة هجينة ناتجة عن هذه الأنواع.

المسؤولية القانونية

  • يتحمّل النزيل كامل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار يتسبب بها كلبه، بما في ذلك الإصابات الناتجة عن مهاجمة كلاب أخرى أو أشخاص، إضافة إلى أي تكاليف تنظيف أو إصلاح.
  • يحتفظ الفندق بالحق في تفتيش الغرفة في أي وقت أو عند تسجيل المغادرة للتحقق من وجود أضرار.
  • يوافق النزيل على تعويض الفندق وإعفائه من أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار أو مطالبات ناتجة عن كلبه، بما في ذلك مالكو الفندق والمشغّلون.

الإرشادات العامة

  • يجب أن تلتزم الكلاب بجميع القوانين والأنظمة المحلية المعمول بها.
  • يجب أن تكون الكلاب مدرَّبة تدريباً كافياً، ومُقيَّدة أو مُسيطر عليها بشكل صحيح، وألا تُترك دون رقابة.
  • يُمنع منعاً باتاً أن تتبول الكلاب على مرافق أو بنية الفندق التحتية.
  • يجب إزالة فضلات الكلاب من الشاطئ فوراً، ولا يجوز دفنها تحت الرمل.
  • يجب أن تبقى الكلاب على الأرض في جميع الأوقات، ولا يُسمح لها بالصعود على الأسرّة أو الكراسي أو الطاولات.
  • يتحمّل مالك الكلب المسؤولية الكاملة في حال قيام كلبه بمهاجمة أو عض أي شخص أو أي كلب آخر.

عدم الالتزام بهذه السياسات قد يعرض النزيل لغرامة قدرها 500 درهم إماراتي عن كل مخالفة، وذلك وفقاً للقانون المعمول به في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

تُطبَّق جميع البنود المذكورة أعلاه أيضاً على ضيوف الدخول اليومي (Day Pass Guests).
