Visitor Policy
Guests may have visitors in their rooms which will be charged as a Day Pass and must be registered at the Reception. Visits are allowed until 10:00 PM. In case of an extended visit (after 10:00 PM), the hotel will charge an additional amount of AED 165/- per person per night, as a supplement for the next guest.

In the Events of a Disturbance, One Polite Request (Warning) Will Be Given to Reduce the Noise.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

Delivery & Shipping Policy:

The Beach Hotel & Resort UAQ website “thebeachhoteluaq.com” will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.

• Dog owners will be required to sign a waiver upon check-in.
• No pets other than dogs are permitted (maximum 2 dogs per rooms).
• A single pet fee is 100 AED per room per night, with a maximum of two dogs (maximum dog weight allowed in the room is 10 KG)
• Dogs over 10 KG must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property & stay outside guest’s room.
• Guests are responsible for bringing their own dog carrier (cage/crate).
• Dogs are required to be in a dog carrier (cage/crate) if left in the room unattended to prevent any damage to the room.
• Dogs must comply with the local legislation requirements.
• Dogs must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.
• The Beach Hotel housekeepers / maintenance will not enter a room in the presence of a dog even if the dog is in the carrier (cage/crate). It is suggested that the owners contact the front desk to inform them when they wish their room to be cleaned/maintained provided the dog is not left there, the front desk will then relay that information to the concerned department.
• Guest room is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon check-out.
• Guests are responsible for all liability and damage suffered as a result of their dog(s).
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet.
• I release Umm Al Quwain Beach Hotel from any and all liability for any injury and/or damage suffered by my dog during my stay at the hotel.
• The Beach Hotel reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the account of such damages.
• Noise / Disruptive Complaints: Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. If hotel management receives two (2) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for the pet. Guests could be asked to depart if their dog is disturbing other guests & the pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has been in the guest room.
• Never leave your dog unattended.
• Dogs are not allowed in the main lobby.
• Dogs are not allowed to mount beds, chairs or tables. They should always remain on the ground.
• Dog waste must be removed from the beach, and not covered by sand.
• Dogs must not urinate on the hotel property and infrastructure, such as sun beds and poles.
• Dogs are not allowed in any of the food & beverage outlets.
• Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool or in the pool area.
• Dogs are not allowed to be seated on sunbeds.

Violation of any of the above will result in a 200AED fine, per each violation, by UAE Law.

• غير مسموح دخول الحيوانات الأليفة غير الكلاب (بحد أقصى كلبان في كل غرفة).
• رسم دخول كل كلب الى الغرفة هو ١٠٠ درهم في الليلة ، بحد أقصى كلبين (الحد الأقصى لوزن الكلب المسموح به في الغرفة هو ١٠ كجم)
• يجب إبقاء الكلاب التي يزيد وزنها عن ١٠ كجم مسيرة بسلسلة عندما تكون في الفندق أو منشآته وعدم إدخالها الى الغرف.
• الضيوف مسؤولون عن إحضار حاملة الكلاب الخاصة بهم (قفص).
• يجب أن تبقى الكلاب في حاملة الكلاب (قفص) إذا تركت في الغرفة دون مراقبة لمنع أي ضرر للغرفة.
• يجب إبراز أوراق الكلاب الرسمية حسب التشريعات المحلية.
• يجب أن تكون الكلاب مدربة بشكل كامل وأن يتم تقييدها بشكل مناسب من قبل الضيف.
• لن تدخل مدبرات الغرف أو عمال الصيانة أي غرفة في وجود كلب حتى لو كان في الناقل (قفص). يُقترح أن يقوم الضيف بالاتصال بمكتب الاستقبال لإبلاغهم رغبته في تنظيف غرفته أو صيانتها بشرط عدم ترك الكلب هناك ، وسيقوم مكتب الاستقبال بعد ذلك بنقل هذه المعلومات إلى القسم المعني.
• تخضع غرفة الضيوف لفحص التلف في أي وقت وعند تسجيل المغادرة.
• الضيوف مسؤولون عن جميع الأضرار التي لحقت بالفندق بسبب كلابهم.
• يوافق الضيوف على تعويض الفندق ومالكيه ومشغليه وإبراء ذمتهم من جميع المسؤوليات والأضرار التي سببتها كلابهم.
• أعفي فندق شاطئ أم القيوين من أي وجميع المسؤوليات عن أي إصابة و / أو ضرر يلحق بكلبي أثناء إقامتي في الفندق.
• يحتفظ فندق الشاطئ بالحق في فرض رسوم على حساب الضيف بما يتناسب مع كلفة هذه الأضرار.
• الضوضاء / الشكاوى المزعجة: يجب الحد من أي اضطرابات مثل النباح لضمان عدم إزعاج الضيوف الآخرين. إذا تلقت إدارة الفندق شكوتان (٢) ، فيجب إجراء ترتيبات بديلة للحيوان الأليف. يمكن أن يُطلب من الضيوف المغادرة إذا كان كلبهم يزعج الضيوف الآخرين ولن يتم استرداد رسوم الدخول بمجرد دخول الحيوان الأليف الى الغرفة.
• لا تترك كلبك دون مراقبة.
• لا يُسمح بتواجد الكلاب في الردهة الرئيسية.
• لا يُسمح للكلاب بركوب الأسرة أو الكراسي أو الطاولات. يجب أن يظلوا دائمًا على الأرض.
• يجب إزالة فضلات الكلاب من الشاطئ وعدم تغطيتها بالرمال.
• لا يجوز للكلاب التبول على ممتلكات الفندق والبنية التحتية مثل أسرة الشمس والأعمدة.
• لا يُسمح بتواجد الكلاب في أي من أماكن بيع الأطعمة والمشروبات.
• لا يُسمح بتواجد الكلاب في المسبح أو في منطقة المسبح.
• لا يُسمح للكلاب بالجلوس على كراسي الاستلقاء.

سيؤدي انتهاك أي مما ذكر إلى غرامة قدرها ٢٠٠ درهم ، لكل انتهاك ، بموجب قانون دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
