Fees & Liability
- A non-refundable pet fee of 50 AED per dog applies for day pass entry.
- A non-refundable pet fee of 100 AED per dog/night applies for hotel stay.
.Additional charges may apply for any damage caused by my dog.
. I am responsible if my dog attacks or bites any person or other dogs.
. Failure to follow these policies may result in a 500 AED fine per violation, as per UAE law.
Dog Access & Restrictions
. Dogs over 10 KG must remain leashed at all times on hotel property.
. And are not allowed in Lumi Bar & Restaurant.
. But permitted on the beach area.
. All dogs must stay on the ground and are not allowed on sunbeds, chairs, or tables.
Health & Behavior
. All dogs must be fully vaccinated. By submitting this form, I confirm my dog meets all vaccination requirements.
. Dogs must be trained, properly restrained, and must not urinate on hotel property or infrastructure.
. Owners must clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste in designated bins (burying waste in sand is strictly prohibited and incurs fines).
. Excessive barking or disturbances must be prevented. If complaints occur, I may be asked to remove my dog from the property without refund.
Restricted Breeds, the following breeds (and their hybrids) are not allowed:
. Pit Bull types: Stafford Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Stafford Terrier, American Bully
. Mastiff types: Brazilian Mastiff, Argentinian Mastiff
. Japanese Tosa (and hybrids)
. Wolf dogs (and hybrids)
. Rottweiler
. Doberman Pinscher
. Canario Presa
. Boxer

Once the form is signed, the dog will receive a Dog Neck Band, which must be placed around the dog’s neck during their stay. Dogs without a dog band will not be permitted on hotel property.
