Occupancy Guidelines

Umm Al Quwain Beach Hotel is a family-friendly hotel catering to families and mixed groups only. Rooms can only be reserved by families or mixed groups; solo male guests or groups of males are not allowed to stay. The hotel reserves the right to ensure that all bookings adhere to this policy. Any violation of the policy may result in the cancellation of the booking, and guests may be required to leave the premises.

NO IN-ROOM PARTY:

• Umm AL Quwain Beach Hotel Enforces a No-IN Room Party Policy to Ensure We Can Protect the Hotel and Our Guests at All Times.
• No Parties, Loud Disturbances and /Or Noise-Nuisance Are Allowed or Tolerated on These Premises
• In the Events of a Disturbance, One Polite Request (Warning) Will Be Given to Reduce the Noise
• If Our Request Is Not Followed, The Guest Will Be Asked to Leave the Hotel Without Refund.
• Registered Guest(S) Is Responsible for All Persons Visiting. Non- Registered Visitors Are Only Permitted Until 11:30 P.M. ID to Show
• If Found with More People Not Listed on the Guest Registration Form After 11:30 P.M, Your Stay Will Be Considered a Party and You Will Be Ordered to Vacate the Premises Without Refund and May Be Charged a Guest Compensation Disturbance Fee

VISITOR POLICY

From 10 AM to 7 PM

– Visitors are welcome to visit guest rooms

– All visitors must pay the regular day pass fee upon arrival

7 PM to 11:30 PM

– Visitors are welcome to visit guest rooms

– All visitors must register at the front desk upon arrival

– Visitors must leave their Emirates ID at the front desk and collect it upon departure before 11:30 PM

– IDs will be returned to visitors when they leave the hotel

– The maximum number of visitors allowed varies according to the room category, ranging from 2 guests to a maximum of 6 guests.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and security of all our guests and to avoid disturbances within the hotel

DAMAGING ROOMS

Damage to Rooms, Fixtures, Furnishing and Equipment Including the Removal of Electronic Equipment’s and Towels Will Be Charged at 150% Of Full and New Replacement Market Value, Whether Accidental or Willful. Any Costs Associated with Repairs and /Or Replacement Will Be Charged to The Registered Guest

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

  – Guests must check out at the reception desk.

   – Guests are required to hand over their keys to the reception staff.

   – Failure to check out at the reception or to hand over the keys will result in a deduction from the Security Deposit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & POLICY DETAILS

The required Security Deposit for each suite category is as follows:

– Standard Suite:  500 AED

– Executive Suite:  500 AED

– Ambassador Suite:  800 AED

– Family Suite:  1000 AED

– Boho Bliss Suite: 500 AED

1. Deposit Requirement: 

   – All guests are required to pay a Security Deposit at check-in

   – The deposit amount varies depending on the type of suite booked, as detailed above.

2. Usage of Deposit:

   – The Security Deposit is used to cover any damages to the room or late check-out charges.

   – Should there be no damages or late check-out charges, the full deposit will be refunded.

NO SHOW CHARGES

Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a guaranteed reservation will result in a

No-Show fee. You will be charged for the first night plus a variable No-Show fee depending on the season or holiday, up to a maximum of 3 nights.

OUTSIDE FOOD POLICY

If a guest orders delivery, they are required to go to the hotel reception to pick up their order. Delivery personnel are not allowed to enter guest rooms.

Guests are allowed to bring their own food and beverages only to their rooms. Bringing outside food and beverages to the hotel’s dining areas or pool and beach areas is not permitted.

SHISHA POLICY

Guests are not permitted to bring personal shishas to the hotel. Only electronic shishas are allowed in the hotel rooms, and the hotel provides them for guests. The use of charcoal in the hotel rooms is prohibited. If personal shishas are brought into the hotel or charcoal is used, a fine of 700 AED will be imposed.

PARKING POLICY

• All Vehicles Are Parked at The Risk of the Owner
• Umm Al Quwain Beach Hotel Shall Assume No Liability or Responsibility for Any Vehicle, Occupants, or Contents While Operated or Parked in or Near the Hotel Property.
• On weekends and public holidays, pool and beach access parking is managed by a third-party valet company to ensure convenient traffic flow for all guests. Valet fees are priced at 15 AED

SATURDAY EVENT ROOM CHECKOUT POLICY

We kindly request our esteemed guests to note that on Saturdays, if a private event is scheduled on the premises, we kindly ask guests checking out to vacate their rooms and depart the hotel. Should guests desire to attend the event, we cordially invite them to approach the reception desk for event tickets. You’re understanding and cooperation in this matter are highly valued.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY OR FIRE

Please notify the Front Desk in the event of a fire or other emergency.

HOTEL SMOKING AND DOG POLICY

Guests must choose between smoking/non-smoking and dog-friendly/non-dog-friendly rooms when booking. Smoking is strictly forbidden in non-smoking rooms by law, and violations will result in a cleaning fee of 500 AED. Similarly, pets are only allowed in designated dog-friendly rooms, with a violation fee of 500 AED for unauthorized pets.

By booking, guests agree to comply with these policies.

LADIES DAY POLICY

• Free Entry: Ladies enjoy free entry until 3 PM.
• After 3 PM: Entry will require a charge of 100 AED, which is fully redeemable.

TOWEL POLICY

Towel Policy for In-House Guests:

Upon check-in, guests will receive towel cards based on their room type. These cards can be exchanged for towels at the towel booth. Upon check-out, guests must return the towel cards to the reception. Failure to return a towel card will result in a charge of 50 AED per card.

Towel Policy for Day Pass Guests:

Guests are entitled to receive one free towel from the towel booth. A security deposit of 50 AED per towel is required, which will be refunded upon returning the towel on the same day, no later than 11 PM. Additional towels can be rented for a charge of 20 AED each.

Please ensure all towels are returned to the towel booth before departure. Failure to return the towel by 11 PM will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, and the towel will be automatically charged to the guest. Deposits cannot be claimed after 11 PM.

BARBECUE POLICY

Barbecue is Strictly Prohibited in The Hotel and The Resort. It Is Only Allowed in the designated area at The Beach.

KIDS POLICY – سياسة الأطفال

This policy applies only on days when events are being held at the hotel

Zone A (Bar, DJ Area, and Restaurant):
Children aged 18 and below are not permitted in Zone A after 8:00 PM.

Zone B:
Children are not allowed in Zone B after 8:00 PM.

Zones C and D:
Children are permitted in Zones C and D after 8:00 PM.

Beach Area:
Children are not allowed in any part of the beach area, including Zones A, B, C, and D, after 10:00 PM.

Supervision Requirement:
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on hotel premises.
